Snap.Com's Holocaust Resource Center: Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation was established by Steven Spielberg after the filming of 'Schindler's List' with an urgent mission: to chronicle, before it was too late, the firsthand accounts of Holocaust survivors and eyewitnesses, liberators and rescuers. To date, the Foundation has gathered more than 50,000 testimonies in 57 countries in 32 languages. The Foundation is preserving the memory of the Holocaust to form the basis for tolerance education throughout the world.

Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial & Museum: All over the world, Auschwitz has become a symbol of terror, genocide, and the Holocaust. It was established by the Nazis in 1940, in the suburbs of the city of Oswiecim which, like other parts of Poland, was occupied by the Germans during the Second World War. The name of the city of Oswiecim was changed to Auschwitz, which became the name of the camp as well.

Learning From History: The Goethe Institute, the Museum for Modern Art in Frankfurt, the German government, the Association of German History teachers, and a number of other organizations have jointly produced this interesting new site, which brings student projects together to share with the world.
Miami Beach Holocaust Memorial: The presentation is based on the sculptures and buildings of Ken Treister, and features a virtual tour of the memorial.
The Interior Ministry of Vienna's Mauthausen Memorial Site is available in English, or German: "The Ministry of the Interior in Vienna is responsible for the organization and the managment of the Mauthausen Concentration Camp Memorial and also houses the archives and the library of the Mauthausen Memorial."

United States Holocaust Memorial Museum: The USHMM's web site is mostly devoted to information about the Museum itself, although this situation is changing rapidly. It is now possible to query their archives, which should prove useful to researchers, and query the archive of some 50,000 photographs. This is a "Must Visit!" site!

The University of Virginia's Response to the Holocaust: A Hypermedia Sourcebook for the Humanities": This site offers a good selection of material and links to other Holocaust Education sites.
Washington State Social Studies Site Holocaust Links
Simon Wiesenthal Center: The international center for Holocaust remembrance and the defense of human rights and the Jewish people. Of special interest is their CyberWatch, and their survey on hate speech.
Yad Vashem: A memorial to the "martyrs and heroes of the Holocaust." One of the most important such institutions in the world.
