CRA/Tax Department are now agressively chasing those tax evaders and avoiders
operating as part of the underground economy.

This includes those selling merchandise at flea markets, from garage sales,
and especially on internet newsgroups.

The government is chasing these people for not only Income Tax, but also for
unpaid GS & HST where applicable.

Interest and penalties can amount to far more than the actual taxes owing,
since by being in business, such as selling many used computers, the onus is
on the taxpayer to prove innocence.

Ignorance of the laws is no excuse.

No wonder CRA has been hiring thousands of new auditors and investigators,
especially in western Canada where the economy is booming, and so are the tax
cheats.

A key reason that is discouraging foreign businesses to locate in Canada,
 is the uselessness of the Canadian banking system.

For a US business to transfer $200,000 to a customer in Canada, according 
to 4 banks, will take 6-12 business working days, meaning several actual
weeks, unless one wants to pay for instant service with Western Union, 
at a cost of $8,120!!
It would make no difference whether the firm paid by wire transfer, or by 
bank cashier's cheque!!

In the USA, such a transaction would take but a few minutes!

The US banks could not believe the situation is so mickey-mouse in Canada.

The US business cancelled all flights for Canada, cancelled all deals pending
for Canada, and said they would pass the word around, to others considering
Canada!!

Of course the sller would not be willing to transfer title to a firm in a
foreign country, and then have to wait weeks to get paid.

And the US buyer wanted to pay there and then, and take the goods back to the
USA.

The Edmonton Journal, in a banner headline story onthe front page  in the
issue for Fraiday 27 October 2006, reported on the insanitary conditions at
the WEM Waterpark, as detailed by the Health Inspectors!!

Capital Health reported that waterslides and decks at West Edmonton Mall
Waterpark [WEM] were covered in scum, mould, dirt and algae on this past
Tuesday, and some areas were full of the smell of sewage!!

The facility and equipment were in disrepair and not being maintained in a
clean and sanitary manner, the environmental health officer further reported,
in a 3 page cpomplaint filed with Nader and Eskander Ghermezian, operators of
WEM.

The Health Inspector further noted that chemical testing stations were soilded
and disorderly and that filtration and mechanical rooms were dirty and
cluttered.

The Health Inspector also cited WEM for not having a competent operator at
nights and on weekends, to take necessary corrective actions to ensure safe
water quality.

Improperly chlorinated water can lead to serious enteric and other water
diseases, such as e-coli and cryptosporidium, according to the Health
Inspector.

Capital Health further stated that this latest citation follows 2 previous
complaints regarding similar deficiencies.

West Edmonton Mall has twice in the past 2 years been flooded with human
sewage, due to faulty plumbing, which seems to have never been properly
repaired.

The Edmonton Journal had several pages of news in the paper for Friday 27
October 2006, promoting the suberb facility at Enoch.

Now the flunkies at WEM are complaining that smoking is allowed at Enoch,
which is an independent NATION, while at WEM smoking is not allowed, so 
their customers are flooding to Enoch.

Further, Enoch have a shuttle bus service, from across the road at WEM on
87 Avenue, taking WEM customers, for FREE, to Enoch!!

Then to add insult to insury, the Journal had a banner headline story about
INSANITARY CONDITIONS AT WEM WATERPARK!!
No wonder people get sick there, with fecal contamination and worse!!

And do not forget the supersize COCKROACHES near the food stalls at WEM!!

Not even the Canadian CRTC can force a US website to close!!
Canada is not yet a part of the USA, and stupid Canadian court orders do not
have any effect in the USA, where FREEDOM OF SPEECH is protected by the
Constitution.

In the meantime, the US-based website for  the former Reinhard Mueller
continues in operation, even though a flunky Canuck judge had ordered it to be
closed.

Now the Legion are complaining because an international group of PEACE
activists are sel;ling white poppies.

The Legion feels that they, and the red poppies, should be the only group
making money.

Why did the Legion not complain about the ZYD HOLOHOAX Day when the Liberals

And, the news headlines for  Monday 24 July 2006 - ANOTHER 3 MURDERS 
between Thursday and this afternoon!!

The clueless cop thugs have no clues, or arrests of murderers, leading many to
suspect that perhaps some of the murders are being done by fellow cops?


In a banner headline story across page B1 of the Edmonton Journal for 21 July
2006, Statistics Canada reports that Edmonton Canada is now the crime capital
of Canada!

The Edmonton region homicide/murder rate is documented at 4.3 per 100,000
people, compared to only 2.0 for crime-ridden Toronto!!

And, the Edmonton stats do not include bodies found outside the area, from the
notorious Edmonton serial killer of female prostitiutes!

Many believe that these murd3ers are being committed by cops, judges, or
lawyers, and fellow cops refuse to investigate.....
And the city wonders why it is getting such bad international publicity,
mainly caused by the crooked cops, who apparently can not even catch a cold,
let alone the serial murderer, who is suspected by many, to be either a cop,
judge or criminologist.

This may explain why after 107 killings, there has been no arrest?

Now the Legion are complaining because an international group of PEACE

rental apartments on upper floor.

His own papers filed declared the value to be $600,000, while his
friends in the city only assessed for $149,500!!
